This vibrant abstract landscape painting depicts the striking Laguna Colorada in Bolivia, also known as the Red Lagoon. Laguna Colorada is less than 3 feet deep, with flaming red water that gets its colour from the variety of algae that lives in salt water. This eye-catching shallow salt lake with its famous unusual red water is located at 14,000 ft in the southwest of the altiplano of Bolivia.
