SHIPPING TIME

Canadian destinations:

On average, it takes 3 to 7 business days to mail a parcel within Canada, depending on the destination and the time of the year, such as during the busy holiday seasons.

 

United States destinations:

On average, it takes 5 to 10 business days to mail a parcel, depending on the destination and the time of the year, such as during the busy holiday seasons.

 

International Destinations (outside of Canada and United States)

On average, it takes two to four weeks for international mail, depending on the destination and the time of the year, such as during the busy holiday seasons.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada by Canada Post First Class mail, unless specified.

All items are shipped to the shipping address provided at time of order.

Most items will be shipped within two to three business days of the order and after payment has been processed (with the Exception of made-to-order items and custom orders), in protective packaging to protect against damages.
